Calligraphy; the Art of Beautiful Writing

In my course I will teach two calligraphy scripts, Foundational Hand and Uncial Hand, both lovely scripts. The course covers Calligraphy terminology and demonstration of different types of calligraphy pens and use of inks, paper, etc. There will be plenty of opportunities to practice these scripts and to try different embellishments to enhance your calligraphy. I have a good resource library and plenty of examples to give students ideas and inspiration. Included in the course are excellent handouts and guide sheets. The course will be relaxed and in a friendly environment and my aim is to ensure the course is enjoyable and fun! Needs list on enrolment. (Max 4). Materials cost to tutor $10. BYO lunch.
